Will the toilet paper fall apart?
No. The gel sits on top of the paper instead of soaking through it. Use a dime-sized drop on two or three folded squares, fold and unfold to spread it, and wipe.
What does it feel like?
A light, clear gel that feels cool and wipes clean. It isn't soggy like a wet wipe. If it feels like too much, use a little less; a bottle holds about 250 wipes for a reason.
Why isn't it scented?
Fragrance is one of the most common skin irritants, and that's the last place you want to find out you're sensitive to something. It's fragrance-free on purpose.

My pump won't start.
Twist the pump head counter-clockwise to unlock it, then press it all the way down two or three times. If it still won't pump, email us and we'll send a new one.
